    Founder of Nonggenji, Feng Guohua (Uncle Hua) is a distinguished figure in the culinary world.
    He holds the titles of Master Chef of Chinese Cuisine, Master Chef of Hunan Cuisine, and was
    named amongChina’s Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs in the Catering Industry. Recognized at the
    2019 Hunan Cuisine Annual Gala as the Figure of the Year, he also received accolades at the Sixth
    China Catering Innovation Conference - 2020 BEST50 and was honored as a Culinary Personality of
    the Year. At Nonggenji, he is known as the No. 1 Gastronome.

    Uncle Hua is a passionate explorer of local markets in the countryside of Hunan, always on the hunt for hidden
    culinary gems, which has endeared him to many. With over two decades of experience as a chef, he is also a
    proponent of fresh, healthy cuisine—a true evangelist for good food.
